One more thing. Kudos to your dad, best ambassador of anything. 😉

You don’t know me at all yet so take this as you will. I’m feeling stroooong intuition to share this with you as I feel your voice will be able to help support this movement of nudism/ naturism and the opening of this kind of expression more into our culture.

Also here is an excerpt from a piece of writing that came from a woman named Rachel who lives in an intentional community in western North Carolina. May it too ripple…

“At Earthaven, love is…

…being just crazy enough to dream up and implement a vision as complex and stratospheric as an ecovillage.

…growing food and raising animals so that a village baby has nutrient dense food to thrive.

…throwing down at a firewood work party even if your neighbor can’t contribute as much, so that all will be warm in winter.

…setting boundaries, saying “this is not ok for me,” so that we can all grow together.

…setting up a savings pool to share access to resources.

…apprenticing older children and adolescents in nursery work no matter how often they fail to show up, so that they know the value of a dollar earned, having their hands in the dirt, and most of all, intergenerational friendship.

…preparing a meal for a new mom or sick neighbor.

…living with chronic pain and deep grief, but always showing up with empathy and compassion for those that need nurturing and comfort.

…knowing and protecting all the beings of the forest.

…planting a tree in mid-life that you will never taste the fruits of.

…spending hours behind closed doors on a computer to support the technical infrastructure of our village, non-profits, mutual aid organizations, and elders.

…guerrilla planting bulbs so everyone is surprised and delighted when color bursts forth from the earth as flowers in the spring.

…maintenance: repairing the tractor, grading the roads, patching a roof, replacing fence posts, servicing the micro-hydro and agricultural water systems.

…dedication to ritual.

…bringing a drum to the fire, painting murals on infrastructure, hosting a collage workshop.

…crunching the numbers so our organizations might thrive financially.

…going out with a windchill below zero to break the ice for the animals.

…donating money to support a neighbor’s children in thriving.

…asking for help.

…making sure our community organizations are legally sound and safe.

…dedicating your life to tending the soil.

…tending the deaths of our village, whether bodies of beloveds or logistics and navigating legal issues.

…making yourself and everyone else uncomfortable by living loudly and exuberantly so that we might share a little taste, and feel safe experiencing joy and ecstasy, too.

…driving a neighbor to the airport at 4 am.

…digging into the darkness of painful wounds to show them to another in the light so that they might be healed in all of us.

…creating an education-based business showcasing the gifts of villagers so we might have opportunities for right livelihood without a long commute.

…dedicating yourself to growing vegetables and selling them for less than market value because you want local food to be accessible.

…telling us striving younger people that what we are doing is indeed good enough, beyond good, and that we are the ones you have been waiting for.

I see you. I appreciate you. I love you.” ❤️
